A short, plain-English explanation of what we do and don't collect when you visit triplemonkeypoker.com. Last updated: June 2026.
What we collect on our end
Almost nothing. Triple Monkey doesn't run our own tracking, doesn't store accounts, and doesn't keep a database of visitors. We don't sell or share information with marketers — there's nothing to sell.
The only personal information we receive directly is what you choose to send us — through the apply form, the event enquiry form, or by emailing or calling us. We use that information solely to reply to you about your enquiry. We don't add you to any marketing list.
Third-party services that may set cookies
Our website uses a few external services to function. Each may set its own cookies on your browser when you visit:
- Google Analytics — measures anonymous patterns of site usage (visits, pages viewed, country, device). Only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner. IPs are anonymised.
- Google Forms — powers the membership application form embedded on the home page. Sets Google's standard cookies when the form is loaded.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used across the site. May set Google cookies when fonts are loaded.
- Google Sheets — supplies the live league standings and weekly winner. Read-only fetch, minimal cookie use.
- Formsubmit — handles delivery of event enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
Your choices
You can Accept or Reject analytics cookies via the banner at the bottom of the screen on your first visit. If you change your mind, clear your site data in your browser and the banner will reappear.
Rejecting analytics does not affect the functionality of the site. The membership form and other Google-embedded services still work — they're considered functional rather than tracking cookies.
Form submissions
When you submit the apply or enquiry forms, your message and contact details are sent to us by email. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up. We don't pass them on to anyone.
